Craig Henderson is an innovative barber who has gained recognition for his exceptional haircuts and his commitment to promoting neurodiversity within the hair industry. He won the Greater Manchester NHS Integrated Care & Partnerships Award for Community Champion and shared the same accolade with EastEnders star Tracy-Ann Oberman in The Sunday Times Alternative Honours List in 2023. He has transformed his skills and patience into a powerful asset, establishing an inclusive and friendly environment for people from diverse backgrounds, especially neurodivergent ones.

As a teenager, Craig was uncertain about his career path, but he found comfort in creative pursuits, particularly in hairstyling. His keen attention to detail, intense focus, and distinctive way of connecting with others enabled him to thrive in this field. Rather than viewing his challenges as obstacles, Craig embraced them as strengths. With neurodivergent traits himself and two autistic children, he has developed a profound understanding of clients who face sensory sensitivities or social anxiety.
